This is a high-impact role for someone motivated by results, eager to build pipeline, and energized by turning early conversations into revenue.About this roleAs an Account Executive, you’ll be a hunter responsible for closing new business, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through first revenue. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll partner with Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth.What You'll Do:Become an expert on our market and diverse customer baseLearn our sales process and navigate complex deals; effectively run a deal cycleSource pipeline, manage evaluation cycles and close businessCommunicate the value of Hologram’s platform to multiple personasHelp to support a rapidly growing organization with product or process improvementsWork cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to continually optimize productivityMaintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountabilityWhat We're Looking For: 3+ Years of sales and closing experience within a complex sales funnel specific to Wireless and or IoTFormal value selling training (Force Management, Challenger, etc.) MEDDIC preferredIoT sales background experienceThrives in ambiguityDetail-oriented and organizedProficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorPassion for determining what your customers need and ensuring Hologram delivers phenomenal experiences at every touchpoint.The ability to take broad goals and turn them into specific plans, working through obstacles, and making good decisions along the way.A talent for moving fast, both when a customer has an immediate need, and on solving bigger problems in a timely manner.Eagerness to continue to learn and grow, at any stage of your careerBonus Points:Formal value selling training (MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger, etc.) is a bonus.Experience landing and expanding in a usage or consumption-based productExperience navigating enterprise sales cyclesExperience leveraging AI in sales processesBilingual (Spanish, French, German)Role Compensation: $130,000 base + Commission.
