General information Country United Kingdom City Remote Location Job ID 48580 Department Sales Description & Requirements As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own a small portfolio of strategic accounts and be accountable for multi‑year growth, retention, and executive relationship development. You will orchestrate cross‑functional pursuits, align on business outcomes with C‑level stakeholders, and expand Infor’s footprint through value‑led cross‑sell and upsell. You’ll run a governance cadence (QBRs/EBRs), maintain a living multi‑year plan, and convert whitespace into sustainable ARR. Internally, you will build and iterate account plans and run quarterly reviews using our company account‑planning approach and templates. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Account Leadership & Strategy: Own the 3–4 named accounts end‑to‑end: strategy, execution, commercial health, and executive alignment. Build and continuously evolve multi‑year account plans with clear growth theses, whitespace maps, risk/mitigation, and a quarterly operating rhythm (QBRs/EBRs). Establish joint success metrics and governance with customer sponsors; co‑author value roadmaps tied to business outcomes. Growth & Deal Orchestration: Drive ARR expansion via cross‑sell/upsell and renewals; shape and negotiate complex, multi‑year agreements. Lead pursuit teams (Solutions, Value Engineering, Services, Customer Success, Partners) across long cycles; coach teams to articulate value and de‑risk deals. Leverage partner co‑sell motions and build joint account. Executive Relationship Management: Develop trusted, C‑level and VP‑level relationships; expand executive coverage and sponsorship across business units and regions. Align to our Strategic Account Manager practice of building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships. Operating Discipline: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and opportunity hygiene in CRM; rigorously manage stages, risks, and close plans. Run QBRs and internal reviews, capturing decisions, actions, and progress against the plan. Basic Qualifications: Proven successful experience in enterprise SaaS sales, managing a small number of strategic accounts and closing complex, multi-year, seven-figure deals. Experience selling ERP, SCM, PLM, or similar enterprise platforms preferred. Executive-level value selling, strong account planning and commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven sales execution. Proficient with CRM and enterprise sales processes. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not essential. MBA or executive education in strategy/finance is a plus.
