Your job is to spot where manual work is slowing things down and build the workflows that fix it.The RoleThis is not a technical or engineering role. It's a business and systems role for someone who understands how teams operate, identifies inefficiencies fast, and uses AI tools to simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and bring structure into daily operations.You'll be embedded with a US startup and work closely with a founder, C-level executive, or head of a function — depending on the placement. The work varies, but the through-line is the same: you think in systems, you build things that work, and you make the team around you faster.Some placements are heavy on automation and tooling. Others focus more on operational structure — building the systems a startup never had time to set up properly.
