For our location in Schönefeld, we are looking for an Data Management Specialist Hexagon EAM (m/f/d) Purpose Data Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization’s data is accurate, secure, accessible, and well-organized. This role supports business operations and decision-making by managing data systems and processes effectively. Responsibilities Administration and optimization of databases and data storage systems to ensure efficient and secure data archiving. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all recorded data through regular checks and implementation of validation processes. Coordination and management of data flows within the company, including the creation and maintenance of data models and data structures. Regular updating and cleansing of data sets to maintain a high level of data quality. Development and implementation of security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, loss, or damage. Requirements Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in data administration and data security, ideally in a technical environment Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis tools Experience with data security standards and protocols Analytical thinking and a structured way of working High reliability and accuracy, with a strong sense of responsibility Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Why join HiSERV?
