You will serve as a critical member of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to billable client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives. The Associate Consultant will help to define projects, build work plans, and develop robust and valuable conclusions and recommendations for our clients. Consultants are vital to ensuring that we provide our clients with the insights and information they need to achieve success.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBA/BS in a life science, business, or related field or equivalent2 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy within life sciences or healthcare (advanced degree considered in lieu of experience)Experienced with all Microsoft Office products is critical, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and WordIt would be great if you also have. . .MS/MPH/PhD would be a plusDirect experience with biopharma or life sciences customersComfortable performing both qualitative and quantitative analysis, including the execution of both primary and secondary researchWhat will you be doing in this role?Lead and execute various primary and secondary research efforts needed for client projectsConduct qualitative research through desktop research and interviews with KOLs, physicians, providers, payors and industry knowledge experts to obtain insights and data relevant to client engagementsPerform quantitative analysis (e.g., financial modeling, data manipulation, claims analysis) to develop accurate product and market forecasts (e.g., sales projections, size of market, etc.)Synthesize large amounts of data into discrete stories and assumptions to determine the “so-what” for clientsContribute to brainstorming and framework development to address key client strategic needsProduce quality client deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, reports, white papers, etc.Engage on multiple client projects, effectively manage time commitments, and assume greater leadership and project management responsibilities over timeSupport senior team members in business development efforts including greenfield research, developing proposals pitch books, and responding to RFP’sAbout the TeamOur highly experienced team of expert consultants utilize integrated research, data, and analytics to enable clients to make better, more informed decisions in a rapidly changing landscape.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is a remote roleCompensationThe expected base salary for this position is a base salary of $84,000-$105,000 USD per year with eligibility for bonus. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
