As part of the CODUCT Group with teams in Germany and Vietnam, Ainavio is a fast-growing SaaS company building the next generation of digital experiences through our Serviced Data Cloud — a platform that centralizes, structures, and enriches product and business data in real time. Our technology powers smarter workflows, AI assistants, and highly personalized interactions across industries. About the Role At Ainavio, we like things that work — smart processes, honest communication, and people who bring both structure and positive energy to the team. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll drive our outbound engine and help shape how future customers meet us for the first time. Aufgaben Your Responsibility Own the full outbound process — from first touch to booked demo. Build and scale lead generation across cold email and LinkedIn. Optimize lead funnels and landing pages for conversion. Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency. What You'll Do Write and run cold email campaigns targeting DACH markets. Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers. Set up and improve lead funnels — no lead left behind. Collaborate on landing pages that convert. Coordinate follow-ups and prep demo calls for high close rates. Qualifikation Native-level German. 3-5 years of experience in B2B outbound or sales development experience. Strong copywriting instincts — clear, sharp, no fluff. Hands-on with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar. Self-starter who builds structure, not just follows it. Willingness to travel Occasional business trips to the DACH regions (by arrangement with the client). Miscellaneous Ideally, you can come to our office in Berlin or Kamp-Lintfort twice a week without any problems. Work model: Hybrid (2 days office & 3 days mobile working), also possible to work on-site continuously; subject to individual agreement and depending on the work phase in the company.
