Through intelligent orchestration and proven workflows, we act as the force multiplier for security operations—driving faster incident response, eliminating alert fatigue, and staying ahead of cyber threats.About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to build and scale our infrastructure, tools, and CI/CD pipelines. In this role, you will lead a talented DevOps team, drive technical decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed across all our environments.Your responsibilities: Lead and mentor the DevOps team in a fast-paced, agile environment.Own the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of Blink's cloud infrastructure (AWS).Drive the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and monitoring systems.Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our production environments.Collaborate with developers to optimize delivery processes and improve development velocity.Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).Build internal tooling to support development, testing, and deployment at scale.Requirements: Excellent communication and leadership skills.5+ years of experience as DevOps EngineerAt least 2 years in a leadership role.Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architecture.Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).Expertise in CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Proven track record building secure, reliable, and scalable systems.Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).Experience in a high-scale SaaS environment.Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
