Job Description

This is a remote position.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Acquire and retain event organizers to meet sales targets Consult, seek approval, and coordinate client product customization requests with the regional teamAssist the regional team wherever needed to maximize sales success for the customers who require product customizationsUnderstand the company’s products and services to determine whether prospective clients are a good fitAssist relevant managers and colleagues in advising improvements for company’s products and services to be competitive in the market for our targeted customersegmentsManage client's needs and deliver expected works in a timely manner to maintain client satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to:○Guiding them through the on-boarding process○Creating, editing, filtering of any content submitted by the clients○Communicating any additional requirements from the clients to the team andensuring those needs are serviced accordingly○Supervising on-site related work on the day of the event to ensure our productsand services are delivered successfully and meets client’s expectations○Coordinate with third-party vendors for specific event needs based on theorganizers’ requirementsManage ticket buyer inquiries and resolve their issues through relevant our company channels where contactedManage and maintain all company equipment to ensure that they are fully operational and ready for use at the eventAssist the regional team in developing sales and marketing strategies for customer acquisitionUndertake other positions or assignments as and when required by the company RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for a passionate colleague who is hungry for growth, willing to take theinitiatives in their role and unafraid to take on the challenges of unconventional problems.
