Our Inside Sales Executives handle the full inbound sales cycle — from the first discovery call to the signed contract. We provide the leads; you close them with professionalism and consistency.This role is ideal for professionals with a background in high-volume B2B calling, BPO sales, or SaaS sales who are ready to own a full sales cycle and earn accordingly.What You'll Get 50+ warm inbound leads monthly — no cold calling, no lead generation required $4,500/month OTE in USD Work from wherever you are based — 4 hours of US Eastern/Central time overlap required YC + Sequoia backing — career-credibility on your CV regardless of where you work Progression: BDE → Senior BDE → Sales Team Lead Structured playbook, active sales coaching, and a team that moves fast Key Responsibilities Own inbound B2B deals from the first discovery call through close and client onboarding handoff Run 15+ discovery calls per week with U.S. C-level and Director-level buyers Manage pipeline in HubSpot with precision — every deal staged, every next step set Work 'not now' leads with patience and creativity until the timing is right Collaborate remotely with Sales, Ops, and Support for smooth client onboarding Apply coaching fast and contribute deal insights to the broader team What We're Looking For Experience 2+ years of B2B sales experience where you personally owned the close — not SDR or BDR lead generation Experience in SaaS, subscription services, BPO, outsourcing, or managed services Comfortable handling 2–8 discovery calls per day in a high-volume inbound environment HubSpot or CRM experience with strong pipeline discipline US client experience is a plus — not required for strong English-speaking PH candidates You Are a Strong Fit If: Your English is fluent and natural — C1 or C2 level You ask questions before pitching — consultative selling is your default mode You treat every lead like it cost you personally — no dropped balls You adapt fast when processes change and apply coaching without pushback Our Hiring Process Stage 1 - Prescreening questions that take under 3 minutes. Shortlisted candidates are sent a video assessment via Typeform — 3 prompts, 60–90 seconds each. No live call required at this stage. Stage 2 - HR validates your background.
