This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing team, make real impact from day one, and grow your career in a role that genuinely rewards performance. Tasks Reach out to potential clients via email and social media to introduce them to our Proven track record in a sales or business development role, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or a fast-paced B2B environment Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and brand awareness Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the staffing and recruiting industry Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities to ensure accurate records Participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights and feedback from client interactions and discuss progress towards goalsunique Gen Z recruiting approach. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the staffing and recruiting industry. Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities to ensure accurate records. Participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights and feedback from client interactions and discuss progress towards goals.
