Your mission As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for new business opportunities. Your mission: generate qualified leads and build pipeline for our Account Executives by converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and sourcing new prospects through outbound activities. This is a launchpad for fast career growth—top performers transition into Account Executive roles, taking on full sales cycle responsibility and significantly increasing earning potential.
