We are growing our global indirect channel program and looking for a high-impact Channel Manager to lead our USA and Canadian reseller ecosystem.The RoleThis is a dual mandate role: you will both recruit new reseller and value-added reseller (VAR) partners across the USA and Canada, and manage and grow existing partnerships. You will serve as the primary liaison between RamSoft and our North American channel partners, driving pipeline generation, reseller enablement, and deal progression.You will report directly to the Director of Indirect Channel Sales and work closely with technical enablement, marketing, and the broader global channel team.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner RecruitmentIdentify, qualify, and onboard new resellers, VARs, and system integrators across the USA and CanadaDevelop a targeted prospecting strategy focused on healthcare IT, radiology, and medical imaging verticalsDrive RamSoft presence at regional industry events and through outbound outreachManage the full partner onboarding process including agreements, training, and go-to-market planningPartner Management & EnablementManage relationships with existing North American channel partners to drive revenue growth and renewalConduct regular business reviews and pipeline calls with assigned partnersCoordinate with technical enablement to ensure partners are trained and certified on PowerServer and OmegaAISupport partners through the sales cycle, including demo coordination, pricing guidance, and proposal supportEscalate partner issues appropriately and act as an internal advocate for partner needsPipeline & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date partner pipeline records in HubSpot CRMProvide regular channel performance updates and partner activity reports to the Director of Indirect Channel SalesTrack partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR against targetsWhat We're Looking ForRequired4–6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales within medical imaging or radiology IT (PACS, RIS, VNA, or diagnostic imaging software)Demonstrated ability to both recruit new partners and manage existing partner relationshipsStrong commercial acumen — comfortable with subscription licensing models, ARR deal structuring, and partner economicsProficiency with HubSpot CRM or equivalentExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with a clinical or technical imaging audienceSelf-directed and capable of operating in a remote, globally distributed teamPreferredDirect experience with PACS, RIS, VNA, or AI diagnostic imaging platforms in a sales or channel capacityEstablished network within the US or Canadian radiology or imaging IT communityFamiliarity with subscription and renewal-based partner economics including ARR and MRRFrench language skills (an asset for Canadian market coverage)Healthcare IT channel experience will be considered where imaging IT experience is not heldWhat We OfferRemote work flexibility — work from anywhere in the USA or CanadaA high-growth channel program with real strategic mandate and global exposureDirect access to senior leadership and a collaborative global teamOpportunity to shape how RamSoft's channel ecosystem develops in North America.RamSoft offers a casual work environment, flexible work hours, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
