Job Title: Chief AI Officer (CAIO)Role SummaryThe Chief AI Officer leads the organization's artificial intelligence strategy, driving adoption of AI/ML to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and create new revenue opportunities. This role ensures AI initiatives are scalable, ethical, and aligned with business objectives, while building enterprise-wide AI capabilities.Key Responsibilities1. AI Strategy & VisionDefine and execute enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goalsIdentify high-impact AI use cases across functions (operations, customer experience, risk, marketing)Advise executive leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investments2. AI/ML Development & DeploymentOversee development, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML modelsEnsure productionization of models with MLOps best practicesDrive adoption of generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation3.
