Learn more on dxc.com.Job DescriptionZero Touch Program Manager – Workplace The Zero Touch Program Manager is responsible for designing and deploying automated, low-touch (zero touch) support models that optimize IT workplace services for enterprise clients utilizing AI strategic roadmap. This role leads the end-to-end implementation of site support transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, automation, and self-service technologies to reduce manual intervention, improve user experience, and lower operational costs. The Program Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams (engineering, service delivery, client stakeholders) to assess current support models, define target-state architectures, and execute scalable solutions across multiple client environments. Key responsibilities include program governance, KPI tracking (e.g., ticket deflection, resolution time), change management, and continuous improvement of automation strategies to drive efficient, high-quality IT support delivery.Remote: IndianaCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $86,300 - $160,300.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
