Additionally, our research and digital teams employ mixed methods research, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and change management principles to integrate new technologies built around well-researched user journeys. Position Overview DCG is seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of a Federal Law Enforcement customer's social media strategy to drive engagement and build awareness. This position works closely with the client team to continuously improve the direction and strategy associated with engagement across multiple target audiences, including news media, advocacy organizations, and the general public.
