You will be responsible for the following:Customer Identification – Proactively identify potential customers within your defined territory through cold outreach, networking and referrals.Building Relationships – Engage with existing and potential customers in-person to understand their challenges, establish rapport and build trust to create a positive customer experience.Closing Sales – Use effective sales strategies to win new business and consistently exceed revenue targets.Product Knowledge – Be an expert in all things Teya and have a deep understanding of our full range of products, becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.Market Feedback – Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to help us improve our product offerings and sales processes.Brand Representation – Represent Teya as the go-to person in your territory while embodying our values and vision.Customer Growth – Proactively nurture long-term customer relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Teya solutions to maximize value.Team Development – Support the onboarding and training of new joiners, sharing best practices and coaching them towards success.Leadership Support – Step in to assist the Sales Manager with routine management tasks when required, ensuring smooth operations and team alignment.Your StoryYour mission is not only to close high-value deals but also to mentor others and strengthen the overall performance of the sales team.
