Creative Technologist // AI Music Video

Neural Frames is a leading AI music video generator, turning any song into a fully produced music video in minutes. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast at over $4M ARR. Our ambition is to build a category-defining company, helping tens of millions of audio creators to visualize their content and promote it online. As a profitable company, there is no VC drama. We are a small, ambitious group of people, striving to build something creators love. Tasks We’re looking for a creative technologist to own and improve the visual output quality of our AI music video product. This person will sit at the intersection of visual creation, AI tooling, and product improvement. They will experiment deeply with prompts, workflows, image and video models, and system settings to make our generated videos more compelling, coherent, and aligned with user intent. They will work closely with user feedback, study where our outputs fall short, and turn those learnings into concrete improvements to our prompting systems, templates, and creative pipelines. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines visual taste with technical curiosity and loves working at the frontier of AI-native creative tools. What you’ll do Own and improve the visual quality of our generated music videos Experiment with prompts, workflows, system settings, and model combinations Identify recurring quality issues and failure modes in user outputs Improve prompt adherence, coherence, scene composition, style consistency, and overall aesthetics Build a tight feedback loop with users and learn from real generations Develop better templates, prompting systems, and creative best practices Use AI coding tools and lightweight scripting to inspect, test, and improve parts of the pipeline Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering Requirements Strong visual taste and real experience in visual creation, filmmaking, motion design, creative direction, generative art, or related fields Strong curiosity about AI-native creative workflows and the current landscape of image, video, and language models A deep passion for helping creators make better videos with AI Good understanding of the strengths and constraints of current generative systems Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar, and willingness to get hands-on with technical workflows Highly experimental mindset: you like tinkering, testing, and iterating quickly Based in Berlin Nice to have Experience building repeatable creative workflows Experience with prompting and evaluation for image/video models Basic scripting ability Experience working directly from user feedback or production data Benefits VSOPs & Profit Sharing.
