The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, Digital PACS Analytics focused on understanding and driving our online corporate reputation. In this role you will be working on a team dedicated to proactive campaigning and risk/crisis management by implementing a scalable global alerting and analysis strategy as well as informative and action-oriented reporting deliverables. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and collaboration skills as the role will be cross functional in nature and success will be reliant on client relationships. Daily responsibilities will center around monitoring social conversations and content performance as well as sharing insights through a variety of means. This person will also be leading an analyst in the field as an extension of themselves to execute the work required. The overall remit of the Marketing & Digital Services (MDS) Team is to design, deliver, commercialize, and operate scalable capabilities that support The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCC) continued delivery and innovation of digital content across digital channels worldwide, and includes capabilities such as Content & Creative Services, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Management (for internal and external websites); Social Media Marketing, and Digital Analytics. The team is focused on serving our Marketing/Growth and Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) teams worldwide with the right solutions that help them deliver their messages both more efficiently and more effectively around the world. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: Contribute to our social intelligence by monitoring social channels and analyzing company, consumer and identified headwind conversations (i.e. sustainability). Translate various sources of social data into actionable insights that help inform our strategic planning and content efforts. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, create and deliver social reports and insights to help drive our business initiatives on an on-demand and routine basis. Monitor and report on our corporate identity's relative position against competitors and leading companies in the corporate social space. Maintain a pulse on industry updates, best practices, tools and techniques to continuously improve our social analytics discipline. Data, Technology & Personal Expertise in utilizing social listening and social analytics tools (i.e., Sprinklr, Meltwater, YouScan etc.). Must understand the nuances of social data and how to represent the data in appropriate context. Must be an Intermediate to Advanced Excel user with experience manipulating large amounts of data. Basic quantitative skills - calculating growth rates, averages and an understanding of statistical significance.
