Platinum Outsourcing is one of Australia's fastest growing companies, we are a co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.We are seeking a Draftsman who will be responsible for developing drafting standard procedures, managing standard drawings and drafting priorities, with experience within an Australian entity.FAST growing program, our client is part of a multi-national group. This role is within their water & wastewater solutions division.Please review the following criteria carefully before applying.Job Description:Manage/develop drafting standard proceduresManage standard drawingsManage drafting prioritiesGenerate Bill of Materials, General Arrangement Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, & Specifications.Responsibility for ensuring company drawings is prepared, checked and file as per company proceduresPrepare drawings in accordance with company procedures and drafting standardsResponsibility for ensuring drawings is filed correctly, including check prints, superseded and masters.To attend all company Meetings, Trainings, & Orientations.Job Requirements:Experience & QualificationsCompleted Minimum qualifications in EngineeringCertificate in AutoCAD or similarMinimum 3 years of using Auto CADMinimum 1 years of using Autodesk Inventor/Autodesk Plant 3DMicrosoft Office SuiteSkills, Abilities & KnowledgeStrong mechanical and structural knowledgeAttention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong reasoning and analytical skillsAble to work as part of a team as well as independentlyPersonal CharacteristicsReliableResults focusedWhat we offer:Above market remunerationHMOPerformance incentivesTeam building events and activitiesBrand new IT equipment15 days VL5 days sick leave13 month and all other government mandated benefitsOriginally posted on Himalayas
