About Momenterie At Momenterie, we offer unique and thoughtfully designed personalized gifts. Our vision is to become the leading brand for personalized prints in Europe. We are looking for a proactive, data-driven E-Commerce Manager (f/m/d) to own and continuously improve our Shopify-based store with a focus on experimentation and conversion optimization. Tasks As our E-Commerce Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online store. Key responsibilities include: Store Operations & Campaigns Own day-to-day Shopify store management, including theme adjustments and app configuration Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team Build and optimize landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions Stay on top of Shopify platform developments and broader e-commerce trends, evaluate what is relevant for us, and take initiative on what we should act on Maintain a working understanding of store-level performance, including traffic patterns, conversion shifts, and product-level trends, and flag relevant changes proactively Conversion Optimization & A/B Testing Identify test opportunities by analysing funnel data, session recordings, and heatmaps, and develop structured hypotheses with clear success criteria Own the A/B test backlog from prioritization through implementation, working closely with the development team to communicate specs and drive experiments forward Contribute to a long-term CRO strategy and document results in a shared knowledge base that continuously informs future decisions SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Apply SEO best practices across landing pages and product content to drive discoverability and organic growth Develop strategies to improve Momenterie's visibility in LLM-based search responses and stay current with the evolving AEO landscape Requirements 1-2 years of experience as an E-Commerce or Shop Manager in a Shopify-based store, with hands-on experience building and customizing in Shopify Proactive and solution-oriented: you take initiative, approach challenges thoughtfully, and contribute well-considered proposals and solutions Experience running A/B tests from hypothesis to analysis, along with a genuine passion for experimentation Comfortable working with data: GA4, funnel analysis, heatmaps, and session recordings Curious about AI tools and actively uses them to work faster, whether for analysis, content, or automating repetitive tasks Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how discoverability connects to conversion Proficiency in English and a solid understanding of German are required; French, Italian, or Dutch is a plus Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently Benefits Work in a small, focused team where your ideas have direct impact and short decision-making paths Berlin office close to Alexanderplatz Up to 3 days of remote work per week, and 100% remotely for multiple weeks at a time. 28 days paid vacation Free Urban Sports Club Membership (M) or Deutschland-Ticket Job Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
