This is a senior leadership, high-impact role that blends commercial leadership, strategic influence, deep domain knowledge and innovation stewardship. Responsible for orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of banking financial services through TU’s data-driven solutions. The role demands a bold, visionary enterprise level lead who can inspire teams – both within TU and client side – delivering exceptional commercial outcomes in a complex, regulated environmentImpact You’ll Make:Day to Day You’ll Be:Own full P&L for Tier 1 bank; deliver multi-million-pound revenue and margin growthBuild and execute bank strategy driving sustained product expansionLead complex deal negotiations and renewals to maximise commercial valueAct as executive sponsor to senior stakeholders across C-suite and risk functionsAlign TransUnion’s solutions to client transformation prioritiesInfluence product roadmap through client advocacy and market insightDirected sales cadence, forecasting, and performance reporting at deal levelDrive CRM discipline and transparency using Salesforce and internal frameworksUnify cross-functional teams around client success and innovationUnlock new revenue via bold plays and penetration new areas in BanksIncreased focus on client satisfaction metrics and use of Voice of CustomerEssential Skills & Experience:Proven track record of leading enterprise-level accounts in financial services, ideally within banking, credit bureaus, fintech, or data analytics.Strong commercial acumen with experience owning large revenue portfolios and delivering double-digit growth through a track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving complex deal cycles.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at exec level.Deep understanding of banking transformation, regulatory environments, and data-driven innovation.Strategic thinker with operational discipline and a bias for execution capable of navigating ambiguity and translating insights into action.Inspirational communicator and team leader, capable of galvanising internal and external stakeholders.Key Stakeholders:Serve as the executive sponsor and domain expert / trusted advisor to both operational and senior client stakeholders within the bank. This includes C-suite, commercial, risk, compliance, digital, and all product lines.Own the Global management responsibilities across International feeding key information into peers in stakeholder group from other regions.
