We partner with architects and builders to deliver high-quality, design-driven fabrication for residential and commercial projects. Our client values craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration, creating metalwork that combines precision and innovation.RequirementsRole:Our client is seeking an Estimating Assistant with approximately 2+ years of relevant experience to support our estimating and sales team on architectural metalwork projects within the Australian construction industry.This role suits someone who has moved beyond entry-level tasks and can confidently perform take-offs, interpret drawings, and work within estimating systems under guidance — without holding final pricing authority.You will work closely with senior estimators and follow established workflows, templates, and pricing logic.Responsibilities:Estimating & Quoting SupportPerform quantity take-offs from architectural drawings using BluebeamReview drawings to identify metalwork scope itemsPrepare draft estimates and quotes for architectural metalwork packagesEnter and manage estimate data in our ERP system (Jobman) to generate client quotesApply existing pricing templates, presets, and product logicComplete internal checks before estimates are reviewedProvide general support to the sales and estimating team as required.Update and maintain product libraries, presets, and estimating templatesRequirements:Minimum 2- year experience in construction estimating, take-offs, or pricing supportProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam (measurements, markups, take-offs)Ability to read architectural drawings independentlyExperience with ERP or estimating software (Jobman or similar)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood written English communication skillsComfortable working to deadlines and within structured processesPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience supporting sales teams in construction or manufacturingPrevious experience working remotely with international teamsBenefitsFlexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional developmentA collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teamsA dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative inputHealth insuranceLeave BenefitsProvident Fund (India)Gratuity (India)13 Month Salary (PH)If you possess the required skills and are eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
