Responsibilities: By proactively analyzing the existing IT landscape, I derive functional and technical needs for action and create a target IT landscape, including a roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and the business model. I develop, further develop, and control the continuous maintenance of the EAM repository and establish an application portfolio & lifecycle management. I support the development of structures and processes to transform the company into a data-driven business model, particularly in the areas of cloud management, master data management, and integration architecture. I collect all architecture-relevant business and technical data and bring them into relation with each other. I define and continuously review architecture principles, develop processes, models, methods, and tools of the EAM, and establish software architecture standards and rules. I advise and lead the specialist departments and projects (product and project teams) on architecture-related issues and support the selection and development of relevant business capabilities. I assist in the selection of optimal software architecture solutions (best of breed / best in class) and manage the IT Architecture Board (ITAB) as a binding committee for architecture decisions.
