Facets Migration Lead

This is a remote position.We are seeking an experienced Facets Migration Lead to oversee large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives within the healthcare payer space. This role will lead the execution of data conversion strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate, compliant, and auditable migration of CMS program data into the Facets platform.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for Facets implementations and transformation programsDefine and oversee data conversion strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation processesEnsure accuracy, completeness, and auditability of migrated data in alignment with CMS requirementsProvide subject matter expertise on Facets data tables, structures, and data movementDevelop and review complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshootingIdentify and resolve data issues, risks, and dependencies across the migration lifecycleCollaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to drive successful migration outcomesOversee testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes, rules, and resultsMentor and guide junior analysts and migration team membersRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with the Facets platform, including at least 5 years supporting CMS programs (Medicare Advantage or Medicaid)Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or supporting Facets transformation projects with a focus on data migrationProficiency across all Facets modulesExperience working with Facets version 25.1 or newerDeep knowledge of Facets data tables, data structures, and data movement processesStrong technical expertise in SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)Proven experience overseeing data mapping, validation, and reconciliation effortsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsOriginally posted on Himalayas
