Aufgaben Your Tasks: 1. Independent modelling of components, subsystems and overall systems of wind turbine drive trains in the FEM tool "Ansys" 2. Performing FE calculations for static strength and fatigue strength as well as component deformations of structural components (preferably cast) 3. Requirements-based development of complex models such as gears and analysis of local component stresses under the influence of external mechanical and thermal loads. Independent and appropriate definition of boundary conditions and contacts 4. Suitable modelling of rolling bearings, taking into account the subject of investigation, the necessary model accuracy and minimization of computation time 5. Plausibility check and interpretation of the generated results. Derivation of recommendations for the design team and target group-oriented documentation 6. Close collaboration with the design department and cooperation with simulation engineers from MBS Qualifikation Your Profil: 1. Completed studies (Master's or higher) in mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on mechanics, numerical simulation and materials science 2. Profound experience in the modelling and analysis of drive systems with gearboxes, ideally in the field of wind energy or industrial drive technology. 3. Deep expert knowledge of the FEM software "Ansys" 4. Experience with the software "nCode" is desirable 5. Interest in strategically oriented, innovative tasks with an R&D focus. 6.
