Finance Transformation Analyst, SeniorThis position provides advanced assessment, analysis, and process planning functions for the Finance organization under minimal supervision. Primary duties include complex process design and improvement, capacity tracking and assessment, and implementation of new technology. This position supports partnership and value deliverance across CareOregon, focusing on Finance as a partner. In addition to analytical responsibilities, this position provides team guidance and assists in development, training, and goal setting opportunities.Estimated Hiring Range:$100,350.00 - $122,650.00Bonus Target:Bonus - SIP Target, 5% AnnualCurrent CareOregon Employees: Please use the internal Workday site to submit an application for this job.Essential ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements across Finance teams.Track current finance capabilities and skill gaps.Contribute to process designs that enhance productivity and accuracy and reduce redundancy.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and incorporate industry best practices.Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize transformation projects and initiatives.Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects and initiatives.Conduct complex reviews and assessments to information transformation portfolio decisions.Map capability development opportunities and highlights areas of interest (people, process, and technology).Participate in evaluation of new technologies and tools to support finance transformation.Lead the implementation of financial technology, software, and automation solutions. Escalate project concerns through appropriate channels.
