With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation.We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate - Enterprise Sales to work directly with the founder on enterprise and mid-market deals.This is not a typical BDR, SDR, inside sales, or standard AE role. We’re looking for someone who can operate as the execution backbone behind the founder-led sales motion- someone smart, highly organized, commercially sharp, and hungry to learn the art and science of enterprise sales at close range.Today, the founder is acting as the account executive across the full sales cycle: first calls, demos, trials, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing. This role is designed for someone who can shadow that motion closely, strengthen it from the backend, and over time become a key part of how we scale the sales organization.What you’ll doWork directly with the founder on active enterprise and mid-market opportunitiesDo pre-meeting research, account mapping, stakeholder analysis, and opportunity preparationSupport demos, trials, and deal progression through strong coordination and follow-throughOwn post-meeting execution including notes, follow-ups, next steps, and stakeholder communicationHelp manage the operational side of deals: scheduling, CRM hygiene, internal coordination, and trial setupIdentify upsell / expansion cues and help keep opportunities moving with speed and rigorAct as the backend operator on deals so the founder can focus on high-leverage customer conversationsOver time, help build a repeatable model for supporting future account executivesWhat we’re looking for1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, founder’s office, SaaS, or other high-ownership rolesExceptional organization and attention to detailStrong problem-solving ability and high intellectual sharpnessHigh hustle, urgency, and willingness to own outcomesStrong written and verbal communicationCommercial instinct and curiosity about enterprise salesComfort with ambiguity, pace, and fast-moving environmentsIdeal backgroundStrong academic backgrounds such as IIM, ISB, IIT, top undergraduate institutions, or equivalentEarly-career professionals from consulting, SaaS, founder’s office, or startup environmentsJunior commercial talent with strong potentialFormer founders or operators who have tried building something and bring hustle, maturity, and ownershipWhat makes this role differentThis is a front-row seat to founder-led enterprise sales.
