Options Group is hiring for our Global Summer Internship Programme in Frankfurt, working within OGiQ, the intellectual capital, research and strategy engine of the firm. If you want to learn more about financial markets, executive strategy, talent advisory, and how global institutions make leadership decisions, this role offers exposure to the research and analytical work that supports those decisions. About OGiQ OGiQ serves as the catalyst for growth across Options Group. We leverage the firm’s recruiting and strategy professionals to provide unique, value-added advice, proprietary products, and human capital management solutions to leading financial institutions worldwide. OGiQ is responsible for: Developing the firm’s intellectual capital and proprietary analytical tools Building and maintaining advanced databases and research frameworks Operating as the firm’s central source of market insight and competitive intelligence. Transforming proprietary data into actionable insights Tasks Support research requests for active executive search mandates Develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of client need Build targeted source lists and talent mapping frameworks Conduct market research to support executive search strategy Requirements Strong academic record, Bachelor's or Master's student in Finance, Economics, Business, Psychology, or related field Excellent analytical and research skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using technology to enhance research productivity (SQL/Python a plus) Fluent in English and German Available full-time for the full 8 weeks from 9th June 2026 Benefits You will gain exposure to: Global financial markets Executive search strategy Competitive intelligence methodologies The internship will run for 8 weeks, commencing Tuesday, 9th June 2026.
