Job Description

Tomorrow Bio is the fastest growing human cryopreservation company in the world. We are pushing the boundary of what medicine, biology, and human longevity can become. Our members are not typical wellness buyers. They are thoughtful, skeptical, analytical people: founders, software engineers, scientists, investors, rationalists, biohackers, and longevity-curious high performers. They do not respond to generic marketing. They need rigor, clarity, evidence, and a message that respects their intelligence. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer into build the system that helps more of these people discover, understand, trust, and join us. This is not a pure brand role. It is not a “manage agencies and approve campaigns” role. It is a data-first, execution-heavy growth role for someone who can move between analytics, experimentation, funnel design, campaign execution, and technical marketing infrastructure. The most important requirement is not that you are a polished copywriter. It is that you can understand a complex product, understand a highly analytical audience, run disciplined experiments, and use data to decide what we do next. Read about the topic BEFORE applying: https://waitbutwhy .com/2016/03/cryonics.html Tasks What you will own: 1. Growth experiments and funnel analytics You will design, run, and evaluate experiments across our acquisition and conversion funnel. That means defining hypotheses, setting up tests properly, measuring results, and making clear decisions about what to scale, change, or kill. You should be comfortable working directly with data rather than waiting for someone else to interpret it for you. You will look at questions like: Which audiences convert best, and why? Which lead magnets create serious prospects rather than vanity leads? Which email, WhatsApp, webinar, or sales flows improve conversion? Which channels have the strongest CAC, LTV, and payback profile? Where do people get stuck in the decision-making process? What do high-intent prospects believe before they join? 2. Campaigns for a technical, rational audience You will create and ship campaigns that speak to people who are rational, technically minded, and resistant to hype. Our audience includes software developers, founders, investors, rationalists, scientists, biohackers, and people already thinking seriously about longevity, AI, biology, and the future of medicine. The right candidate either comes from this world or understands it deeply enough to communicate without sounding like an outsider. You will work on: Lead magnets Landing pages Email and WhatsApp sequences Paid campaigns Webinars and event funnels Outbound experiments Referral and member-get-member campaigns Audience research and segmentation You will not just brief ideas. You will ship them. 3. The growth stack You will own the systems that allow us to acquire, track, convert, and learn from prospects. This includes CRM, marketing automation, attribution, analytics dashboards, campaign tooling, and AI-assisted workflows. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically comfortable and able to work well with engineering when something needs to be built or integrated. You should be able to look at a growth stack and say: What is broken? What is missing? What data do we need? What can be automated? What should be built internally? What should be solved with existing tools? What decisions can we now make that we could not make before? TASKS Own the growth funnel from acquisition to conversion: lead generation, landing pages, paid campaigns, email/WhatsApp flows, webinars, outbound, referrals, and other experiments. Design and run structured marketing experiments: define hypotheses, set up tests, measure results, and decide what to scale, change, or kill. Work directly with data: query databases, build dashboards, analyze funnels, cohorts, attribution, CAC/LTV, and conversion performance. Identify where prospects get stuck and translate that into better campaigns, messaging, segmentation, and sales handoffs. Create and ship campaigns for a highly analytical audience: founders, software engineers, investors, rationalists, scientists, biohackers, and longevity-curious high performers. Write and refine clear, precise marketing copy for people who are skeptical of hype and generic wellness messaging. Own and improve the growth stack: CRM, automation, attribution, dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, and campaign tooling. Work closely with the founder, sales, medical/scientific team, and engineering to turn insights into fast execution. Requirements Strong data and analytical skills. This is the most important requirement. You should be able to query data yourself without relying on an analyst layer. Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, attribution, CAC/LTV, conversion modeling, and dashboard building. Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests or other structured growth experiments. Comfortable using BI or analytics tools such as DataStudio,Metabase, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar. Strong spreadsheet modeling skills for budgets, forecasts, channel performance, and growth projections. Ability to ship campaigns yourself, not only brief agencies or wait for a team. Clear written English. You do not need to be a world-class copywriter, but you need to write precisely for smart, rational people in our ICP. Strong understanding of technical, rational, high-agency audiences. Ideally, you are close to our ICP in mindset or interests: founders, developers, investors, rationalists, biohackers, quantified-self people, longevity enthusiasts, or frontier-tech operators. Personal interest in longevity, biohacking, health-tech, biotech, AI, rationalism, or ambitious frontier technology. Comfortable using AI tools to move faster across analysis, writing, automation, and execution. Excellent spoken and written English. (German is a plus). Based in Berlin, remote is not possible. Nice to have: Experience in DTC, health-tech, longevity, biohacking, premium subscriptions, biotech, or high-innovation startups. German, French, or Italian. Python or R for analysis. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, or similar. A personal project, newsletter, podcast, community, or audience in longevity, rationalism, quantified self, startups, investing, or frontier technology. Benefits Full ownership of growth at one of Europe’s most ambitious life extension companies. Direct access to the founder and leadership team, with no unnecessary middle layer. High autonomy and fast decision-making. A complex, meaningful product with a highly unusual and intellectually serious audience. The opportunity to build the growth function, systems, and playbook from the ground up. Berlin Mitte office location. This role is for someone who combines analytical rigor, technical comfort, strong audience intuition, and hands-on execution. We are not looking for a traditional marketer who only manages agencies or produces campaign decks. We are looking for someone who can understand a complex product, think in systems, work directly with data, and communicate with people who are skeptical, technical, and serious about the future of medicine and longevity. Please include one example of work that shows how you think. This could be an A/B test writeup, funnel analysis, dashboard, SQL-based analysis, campaign retrospective, growth model, or relevant personal project.
