The Opportunity: Drive Performance, Engagement, and GrowthELVTR is a premier online education platform that produces premium courses taught by the world’s top business leaders. As we continue scaling globally, we are looking for a proactive, business-minded HR Business Partner to play a key role in strengthening team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience.This is not a purely administrative HR role. You will act as a strategic partner to managers and team leads, helping shape a high-performing, engaged, and resilient organization.Who You AreA Business-Oriented HR Partner: You understand that HR is a driver of business outcomes. You connect people's decisions with performance, retention, and growth.A Performance & Engagement Champion: You are comfortable addressing complex people matters, providing honest feedback, and guiding managers through challenging situations.Data-Driven & Insightful: You rely on metrics, patterns, and signals rather than assumptions. You translate HR data into practical, actionable recommendations.Proactive & Ownership-Driven: You don’t wait for problems to escalate. You identify risks early and take responsibility for solving them.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboardingConduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks (burnout, low performance, retention concerns)Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people mattersLead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capabilityAnalyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendationsSupport compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goalContinuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policiesContribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scalingRequirements3+ years of experience as an Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR roleFluent English proficiencyHands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding)Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principlesExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levelsConfidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insightsProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownershipNice to HaveCoaching or mentoring experienceBenefitsImpact & Ownership: A role with real influence on organizational performance, culture, and growth.Global Environment: Work within a fast-growing, international company operating across multiple markets.Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere with a high level of autonomy.Growth: Access to ELVTR courses and opportunities to expand into broader strategic HR initiatives.Join UsAre you passionate about building high-performing, engaged, and resilient teams?
