Visit us: stubgroup.com The Role We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a client-facing sales specialist. You'll convert incoming leads into long-term clients by understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how our expertise can drive real results. This isn't cold calling. You'll work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to listen, educate, and guide them toward the right solution. What You'll Do Handle inbound inquiries via phone, video calls, email, and text Qualify leads and identify their business needs and advertising goals Explain marketing services to business owners (including those unfamiliar with digital marketing) Guide prospects through our sales process from initial contact to close Manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining personalized attention Work with business owners seeking help with suspended Google Ads accounts What We're Looking For Required: 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or digital marketing sales preferred) Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities Comfort working independently in a remote environment Proficiency with CRM software and digital sales tools Ability to work during Central Time business hours Personality traits that thrive here: Adaptable—you read people well and adjust your approach accordingly Resilient—rejections don't discourage you Organized—you manage your time effectively and prioritize strategically Positive—you bring enthusiasm to every conversation Tech-savvy—you quickly learn new tools and platforms Compensation Base compensation: $2,000/month Commission: Uncapped earning potential (top performers regularly exceed $6,000/month total) Growth opportunity as we expand What to Expect Fully remote position with flexible schedule 60-day trial period to ensure mutual fit Training on our processes, services, and sales approach Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement Our Values Integrity: We're honest about what we can and can't do.
