You will manage our Insurance Product operational work while working closely with nearly every team at Gravie to support our insurance plan portfolio. You’ll have full ownership and accountability for your projects and work closely with a small, high-impact team. You will:Manage insurance product projects to build and launch new project features, including identifying workstreams, managing timelines, and managing stakeholders Create, document, and improve insurance product processes to support Gravie products as we grow and scale Configure and own the end-to-end documentation creation and management process for our plan portfolio, ensuring any plan changes are captured, documented and issued in a compliant and timely manner Take on other projects based on your skill set and interests You bring: 2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or other relevant work Strong fundamental grasp of project management tools and process improvement approaches A strong attention to detail and ownership mindset, coupled with understanding the big-picture context of the details you’re owningAn ability to quickly absorb and learn new concepts and ideasStrong Excel, SQL, or other logical coding skills for required configuration of documentationBachelor's Degree or equivalent requiredExtra credit: Experience with health insurance Previous startup company experienceGravie: In order to create a more equitable and sustainable future for employer-sponsored health insurance, we need talented people doing amazing work.
