To learn more, visit www.publicconsultinggroup.com.Investigators will Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation involving endangered adults.Assign all case submissions within 1 business day of receiptVerify that all reasonable actions have been taken to assure health, safety, and welfare of the Waiver individual.Complete investigative tasks required between days 1-4 of the investigation timeframe.Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation involving endangered adults Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, record reviews, and collaboration with other investigative agencies Initiate and facilitate referrals to services and community resources Document investigation activities, including case planning, safety planning, case notes, and findings Serve as the Priority A (within 24 hours of receipt) responder to initiate timely contact with clients facing immediate harm on a rotating basis Respond to all assigned investigations within the required timeframe Review and respond to quality assurance evaluations Compensation:Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role.
