Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for IT support with strong focus on the WMS. Ensure configuration updates and manage user access rights. Monitor WMS performance and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT teams. Train users on the WMS and provide daily operational support to ensure optimal usage. Work closely with operational teams to analyse requirements and propose functional improvements. Participate in digital and logistics transformation initiatives as a WMS subject-matter expert. Act as a main on-site IT contact for all WMS-related topics.
