The Leadership Development Program- Wind Operations is a 5-month rotational program that includes training and rotational assignments between two of NextEra Energy's current facilities. The program aims to develop leaders in the wind operations field and provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and lead wind power generation facilities safely and efficiently.
