Location: SWITZERLANDScope: Full Time, EmployedModel: Fully Onsite Salary: As Per Industry NormIndustry: Aerospace Maintenance (Fixed Wing)An amazing opportunity to build a new training organization from scratch.Responsibilities:Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA)Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practicalPlan, implement, and monitor training initiativesManage training records and certification documentationContribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentationSupport the setup of instructor competence records and training documentationAct as an SME during internal auditsRequirementsExpert knowledge of EASA Part‑66 and EASA Part‑147 & 145Proven experience in technical training deliveryExperience as practical assessor / competence evaluatorExperience in QA, audits, compliance, and training documentation Familiar with SMS and Human FactorsProficient with LMS and digital training/exam platformsQualificationsEASA Part‑66 License: Category B1 and/or B2Please submit your CV in EnglishDue to the high volume of applicants only candidates with EASA pt.147 instructor experience will be contactedFind Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
