We are excited to introduce a new role: Manager, Global Culture Enablement, responsible for leading high-impact culture initiatives that empower Autodeskers to put One ORBIT into action in meaningful, measurable ways.In this role, you will partner with colleagues across GCB and the People & Places (PPL) organization to design and scale enterprise-wide efforts that deepen understanding of Autodesk’s Culture Guide and translate values into everyday behaviors. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution—defining success measures, driving adoption, and optimizing impact through data and employee insights.This is not a traditional learning role. We are seeking someone eager to reimagine how culture is activated. You will design immersive, lab-style experiences that give employees space to practice the Great Behaviors behind our values in real-world scenarios. You will explore gamification, interactive formats, and innovative, future-focused approaches—including AI-augmented strategies—to drive engagement and sustained culture adoption.As the GCB Culture representative for EMEA, you will serve as a visible regional leader, influencing stakeholders across lines of business and aligning global priorities with regional needs. You will leverage employee listening insights to continuously refine programs and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy while remaining responsive to geographic differences.If you are energized by organizational culture, inspired by innovation, and motivated to build next-generation approaches to engagement and transformation, we’d love to hear from you.This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Culture Strategy and will be based in one of Autodesk’s EMEA office locations in a remote or hybrid capacity.ResponsibilitiesLead and scale enterprise-wide culture enablement programs, aligning One ORBIT initiatives with Autodesk’s strategic prioritiesDefine program vision, success metrics, and governance approaches; leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making and optimize impactDesign and deliver immersive, lab-style experiences that enable employees to practice and strengthen the Great Behaviors behind Autodesk’s valuesExplore and implement gamification, AI-augmented strategies, and innovative, future-proof engagement models to drive sustained culture adoptionServe as the GCB Culture lead for EMEA, influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating complex cross-functional workshops and working sessionsDesign and implement change and engagement strategies that anticipate resistance, mitigate risk, and embed lasting behavioral transformationTailor program management approaches and tools to support complex, multi-workstream initiatives and ensure coordinated deliveryMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in project or program management, leading cross-functional initiatives3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People & Culture, organizational effectiveness, or a related fieldExperience managing complex programs from strategy through execution, including defining goals, success metrics, and implementation plansExperience influencing stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadersExperience using qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact and drive continuous improvementThe Ideal CandidateExperience leading culture, employee experience, or change initiatives within a global organizationDemonstrated ability to independently scope and lead enterprise-level initiatives aligned to broader organizational prioritiesExperience designing innovative learning or engagement experiences, including gamified or technology-enabled approachesStrong facilitation skills, including leading complex workshops and multi-stakeholder sessionsExperience applying change management principles to drive adoption and sustained behavior changeAbility to influence without direct authority and navigate competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing insights for leadership audiencesFluency in English required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
