Role OverviewThe Manager, Indirect Spend leads the development and execution of strategic category plans and sourcing initiatives across assigned Indirect Spend categories. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver effective, transparent sourcing processes and develop strategies that support business needs and enterprise objectives.What You Will DoDevelop, lead, and execute complex sourcing events across assigned Indirect categories, leveraging spend data, market intelligence, and business requirements. Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, delivering cost savings and value creation to meet or exceed established targets.Why It Might Be a FitAn individual qualified for this job must have a deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, policies, and governance.
