Headquarters: Remote (US) Web + Digital ExperiencesWe’re looking for a freelance Visual Designer with a strong product mindset to support our web and digital experience work. This role is end-to-end. You’ll take ideas from early visual exploration through execution, partnering closely with strategy, UX, and development to bring thoughtful, well-crafted products to life.This role reports to the Design Lead / CCO.What you’ll doLead visual design from concept through delivery with a product lensCreate moodboards, look & feel explorations, and early visual directionsCollaborate closely with Strategy and UX to translate ideas into structured, usable experiencesApply visual systems to wireframes and user flowsDesign modular components and scalable design systemsIterate based on feedback, constraints, and user needs.Prepare clean, developer-ready Figma filesSupport Webflow builds or handoff to development (Webflow experience is a plus)Present work in internal and client-facing meetings, clearly walking through ideas and design rationaleWhat you’re strong atProduct-focused visual design with a clear point of viewAdvanced Figma skills (components, variants, auto layout, libraries)Design systems and modular thinkingStrong typography, layout hierarchy, spacing, and visual rhythmClear verbal and visual communication of ideasAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partnersBonus pointsWebflow build experience or strong understanding of Webflow constraintsExperience partnering closely with developers through build and QAComfort presenting and defending work with clientsIf you’re a visual designer who thinks in systems, designs with intention, and can clearly articulate your ideas, we’d love to work together.The target range of base compensation for this role is $65.00 - $85.00 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
