Our pay-per-encounter W2 position offers flexibility in scheduling, caseload stability, and clinical support. Let's make a difference together!Who We’re Looking ForWe're happy you found us! We are looking for unrestricted, fully licensed therapists willing to provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our clients. Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus. Please note: If you are not currently licensed in the state of California, you must be willing to become licensed in California (we’ll help you through the process and cover the cost).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telehealth sessions on our platformDeliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planningDevelop meaningful connections with clientsProvide personalized care tailored to individual patient needsParticipate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead PsychologistQualifications and skillsUnrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or LPC), in good standing2+ years of direct care experience as a licensed clinician, exclusive of orientation/trainingMust be able to provide telehealth sessionsBilingual in Spanish is not required, but preferredWhat We OfferFlexible scheduling: Choose your availability, and we'll provide the clients!We fill your caseload: Usually within two weeks of your start date.You can focus on patient care: We handle client acquisition, billing, and operational needs.Treat a diverse range of patients: Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and identities.Accessible mental health care: We provide quality services to Medi-Cal & Commercial clients without additional paperwork or administrative tasks for youOther BenefitsQuarterly Bonus based on session availabilityCompany-paid malpractice coverage.Comprehensive online software and technology support.Clinical guidance and training supportCollaborative community to enhance provider and client experience.Up to a $1500 added bonusMood Health is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
