In this role, you will capture and consolidate distributed institutional knowledge across programs through structured discovery interviews with subject matter experts.You'll synthesize qualitative findings into standardized documentation, identify process inefficiencies and knowledge gaps, and work cross-functionally to translate tacit expertise into accessible, centralized resources.
