People Operations Specialist Company Orcrist is building a next generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies. Our Mission is to develop intelligence fusion capabilities to connect any amount of data and sources. Role As People Operations Specialist with a focus on recruitment operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and provide a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role sits within the People Team and focuses on the operational backbone of hiring.
