As the Premium Audit Reviewer, you will perform quality review functions within the Audit QC Department to ensure that all audits meet regulatory and client-specific requirements. To be successful in this role, you need to have technical, interpersonal and math skills. You will need to be dependable, adaptable, and be able to work in a team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary review of all premium audits - primarily General Liability (Workers Compensation, General Liability, Garage, Auto Liability, etc)Audits methods include: Physical, Remote Physical, Virtual, Phone, MailIndependently determines if each audit adequately addresses the Afirm QC Requirements, state-specific requirements, and client-specific requirementsValidate time charges with audit detail and/or explanationsManage inventory of audits to reviewWork to develop auditor quality by providing technical help and clear information through direct communication with the auditors during the review process, or as otherwise requested by the Davies QC Department managementMeet production requirements and expectations as providedPerform other duties as assignedThis is a full-time, remote position. Skills, knowledge & expertiseMust have extensive knowledge of manual rules: Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, State-Specific Manuals for independent bureau statesThorough experience regarding the usage of PAAS (Codes, Bulletins, FAQ’s, Chart of State Exceptions, etc.)Proficient in both Workers’ Comp and General Liability auditsKnowledge of garage and auto liability audits is a plusMust have strong computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, etc.Must have excellent communication skills. Clearly and concisely identify errors and steps for resolution.
