We establish and maintain stakeholder relationships internally and externally. We manage our suppliers to best optimize our investments and supply base. Through effective sourcing and negotiation, we constantly enable and deliver value capture (cost-saving/avoidance).This is fixed-term contract (18 months). Partner with the bestThe Procurement Analyst ensures efficient sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management to optimize organizational resources and maintain cost-effective supply chain operations.As a Procurement Analyst, you will:Ensuring compliance with company policies by supporting effective procurement controls and systemsAnalyzing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trendsMaintaining accurate procurement records, databases, and reportsMonitoring sourcing projects and purchasing orders for policy and contract complianceCollaborating with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal) to support procurement activitiesPreparing standard procurement reports and dashboardsSupporting process improvements to enhancing procurement automation and digitizationDelivering excellent customer service to procurement teams and business stakeholdersDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have relevant experience in procurementShow proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Microsoft ExcelHave experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba)Be familiar with spend analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and summarize data effectivelyDemonstrate collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in EnglishBe able to work independently and manage multiple activities concurrentlyHave proven experience managing multi-region customers and suppliers, including a diverse supplier baseWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai’s Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
