You will bring structure to launch planning, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and help ensure our services are positioned clearly and effectively in the market. This role offers excellent opportunities to build strategic relationships with customers and key opinion leaders while contributing to scientific advances.How will you make an impact:You will enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer by helping our clients and sponsors to understand how our service offering enables them to deliver life-changing therapies to their patients more quickly.What will you do:Key responsibilities include: Support implementation of portfolio strategies by developing and maintaining structured launch plans and commercialization timelines.Drive cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, operations, and other partners to ensure launch readiness milestones are achieved.Develop and maintain go-to-market tools, templates, and documentation to promote consistency and scalability across ASD.Contribute to positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials in partnership with senior product management and enablement teams.Support post-launch performance tracking by monitoring adoption indicators and gathering structured feedback from internal stakeholders.Synthesize customer and market inputs to inform commercialization planning and enhance how services are presented to the market.Requirements:Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in product management, marketing or related commercial experience in life sciences/scientific products industryPreferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Business or related fieldAdditional certifications in Product Management or Marketing beneficialDemonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and supporting business growthStrong analytical and financial modeling capabilities for forecasting and business planningExcellent project management skills with ability to guide cross-functional initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilitiesDeep understanding of customer workflows and ability to translate needs into product requirementsDemonstrated experience developing and executing successful product launches and marketing campaignsExperience with product lifecycle management and stage-gate development processesProficiency with business applications including Microsoft Office SuiteStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teamsCustomer-centric mindset with consultative approach to solution developmentTravel required for customer/site visits and industry events up to 30%Additional language skills beneficialDomain expertise in relevant scientific/technical areas preferredAbout Thermo Fisher Scientific Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
