We’re looking for a Product Manager to support our core platform in the Title & Escrow space, with a focus on Data Services and External Integrations.This role sits within our product organization and partners closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and external technical and business partners. You’ll work alongside senior Product leaders to drive execution across two critical areas:Data & Data Services: Doma’s proprietary AI technologies and additional data retrieval and extraction services that streamline a modern real estate transaction by integrating disparate systems, reducing manual processing and ensuring data accuracy.External Integrations: Client-facing integrations that enable bidirectional file processing with ease, scalability across loan origination systems and title production systems, and adaptability to meet client needs.In addition to delivery, this role plays a key part in monitoring product performance, ensuring system reliability, and managing third-party partner ecosystems. This is a high-impact, mid-level role designed for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys solving complex workflow problems, and wants to grow into broader product ownership over time.What You’ll DoProduct Execution & DeliveryOwn day-to-day product execution and roadmap across Data Services and Integrations initiatives, including Doma’s Public APITranslate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaManage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple workstreamsPartner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutionsSupport integration efforts with external partners, ensuring reliable and scalable data exchangeBridge subject matter experts and AI systems, synthesizing domain feedback to improve how AI agents process real estate documentsMetrics, Monitoring & Product HealthDefine and track key product and operational metrics across data services and integrationsEstablish visibility into system performance, throughput, latency, and failure pointsMonitor trends and proactively identify degradations, anomalies, or risksPartner with engineering and operations to investigate issues and drive resolutionCreate dashboards, reporting, and alerts to improve transparency and accountabilityPartner & Vendor ManagementAct as the product point of contact for third-party data providers, middleware platforms, and technical partnersSupport our Sales team by facilitating new customer onboarding and integrations Monitor partner performance, SLAs, and data qualityOwn issue escalation and resolution with external vendorsCollaborate on integration improvements, reliability, and scalabilityEnsure partner dependencies are well understood and documentedWorkflow & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points and opportunities for automation, efficiency, and error reductionEstablish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve systems and processesWhat We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product OwnershipStrong execution skills with attention to detail and follow-throughExperience working with product metrics, monitoring, or system performanceComfort working with technical systems, APIs, and data flowsExperience working with customers, external vendors, and technical partnersStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple product areas simultaneously without losing focus or qualityAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisionsNice to HaveExperience in fintech, proptech, mortgage/title/escrow workflows, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with API-based integrations and data exchange patternsExperience working with workflow automation or operational systemsExposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similarHow This Role FitsThis role is designed to:Increase delivery velocity across critical product areasImprove reliability, redundancy, and observability of system performance Reduce operational delays and streamline customer workflows through integration improvementsStrengthen management of third-party partner relationships and dependenciesWhy This Role MattersOur platform sits at the center of complex, high-stakes real estate transactions. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the base salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
