• Assist throughout design development of all products and packaging for programs, including new products, line extensions, promotional programs and gift sets. • Render design options, execute layouts for presentations, and order comps etc. • Create, maintain and organize library of designs, resources and materials and utilize effectively for new programs. • Maintain a status report of all projects on a weekly basis. Attends meetings specific to relevant projects being developed. • Manage color standards, review submissions for primary and secondary packaging with package development. • Partner cross functionally with internal departments including Packaging Development, Engineering, Product Development, marketing and comp vendors as needed. • Work with Marketing and vendors to manage the comp process by executing comp requests within budget and in a timely manner. • Create renders and physical comps where needed. • Work cross functionally to develop multiple iterations of designs for consumer testing. • Maintain and build on sustainability goals. • Create innovative and connected packaging solutions. • Create graphic layouts for primary and secondary packaging within brand guidelines and aesthetic. • Prepare and check final artwork for primary and secondary packaging and bags before it is released for production. • Work with purchasing and QC team to resolve issues of function, performance, manufacturability, and scheduling. • Attend Press run (print trial) when it is required. Qualifications • Major: Bachelor's degree in Industrial design, visual design, Product design, or related field. • Preferred experience: 1+ years professional design experience, with the package, print, and brand development background, preferably in beauty, fashion, or a similarly innovative, high-energy field. • Basic knowledge: Creative design and operational process(Design planning, internal reporting, communication with cross-fuctional teams, and the production process.) • General understanding of engineering and manufacturing aspects of printing, modeling, and materials. • Proficient in programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. (3D modeling/rendering software such as KeyShot, Rhino and/or SolidWorks is a plus..) • Detail oriented designer who is comfortable with shifting design direction and working on multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to quickly generate concepts and visually communicate those ideas with renderings and/or comps. • Communicate technical and design issues well through drawings as well as 3-dimensional comping • Good communication skills and professional demeanor • Conceptual thinker, strong sensibility for shape and 3D visualization. • Ideate, develop, present, and execute projects from start to finish in the highest quality. • Proficient in both Korean and English is essential Job: Creative / Design Primary Location: Asia Pacific-KR- Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 243293
