The Role Sharebite is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our Restaurant Operations Team. As a Restaurant Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of restaurant partners and be accountable for their ongoing performance on the platform. This role is focused on building strong, collaborative partnerships while also driving reliability, consistency, and long-term success. You'll anticipate how restaurant decisions are made, balance the realities of restaurant operations with Sharebite's standards, and proactively address issues that impact performance. You should be comfortable operating in live environments, making judgment calls under pressure, and working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.
