CRX Markets is the open marketplace for working capital finance. We connect corporates and banks/institutional investors to unlock liquidity - fast, flexible and fully transparent. Our clients include leading companies such as BASF, Mercedes-Benz, Nestlé, and Lufthansa. We are a team of 100+ professionals with one ambition: to redefine how companies finance their working capital. If you enjoy working with clients, spotting opportunities and driving growth - this role is for you. Your Role - Own the Client, Drive the Growth Take ownership in identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate client relationships Prepare, calculate, monitor, and negotiate client offers, tenders or request for proposals Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across clients and their supply chain Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot) Deliver exceptional and proactive client service Coordinate the client onboarding process in co-operation with our Client Success Team to ensure smooth program roll-out Manage business relationships at all levels within the client organization Work closely with Product to shape new solutions based on client needs and market feedback What We’re Looking For Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, Finance or a related field 3+ years’ in a client-facing, commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Client Success) Savvy and convincing communication and inter-personal skills Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with a highly professional team Excellent organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus What you Get A role with real ownership and direct impact on revenue growth Access to top-tier clients and decision-makers in corporate treasury A highly professional, fast-moving, and collaborative team Hybrid setup in Frankfurt or Munich Attractive compensation and benefits (Wellpass / SpenditCard, Corporate Benefits, etc.) 28 days holiday + December 24 & 31 off Strong learning curve and career growth in a scaling marketplace business Ready to build something?
