SAP HCM Consultant (Junior / Mid-Level / Senior) Location: Germany (Hybrid – multiple sites including Schwalbach, Duderstadt, Bad Sobernheim, Gmund, Dortmund, and Hamburg) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: €60,000 - €120,000 (depending on experience level) German Language: C1 required We are looking for SAP HCM Consultants at Junior, Mid, or Senior levels to support and optimize SAP HCM modules with a strong focus on PA (Personnel Administration), PY-DE (German Payroll), and PT (Time Management). This is a hybrid role with occasional travel (up to ~20%) to client sites across Germany. Aufgaben Key Responsibilities Support and manage SAP HCM modules including PA, PY-DE, OM (Organizational Management), PKP, SAP ESS/MSS, and FITV, with primary emphasis on PY-DE and PT. Optimize and further develop SAP HCM application landscapes. Independently handle sub-projects and tasks after onboarding. Deliver client support remotely or from home office, with on-site presence as required (up to 20% travel). Qualifikation Requirements Junior: 0–2 years of practical experience in SAP HCM. Senior: 4+ years of practical experience in SAP HCM. Strong hands-on knowledge of PA, PY-DE (including schemas, cycles, and follow-up activities), and PT. Consulting experience in related modules such as OM, ESS/MSS, and FITV is a plus. Interest in or experience with cloud solutions like SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll. ABAP development knowledge is advantageous. Very good German language skills (C1 level); English is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 20% within Germany.
